Show Notes

Joining me today is Britney Price, the founder of Naturing, in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia in Canada. Our first Canadian to the Nature Nurtures Podcast, Britney's story showcases her prairie spirit and positive attitude. She is passionate and humble, and I'm so inspired by her openminded approach to establishing her new programme, Naturing.

Sunflower Creative Arts, with Susan Caruso Part 2

We're back with Susan Caruso of Sunflower Creative Arts in Florida in the US! We dig deep into this non profit organisation in this episode. Susan shares with us how she had to pivot and create new enterprises at Sunflower with the onset of a global pandemic, whilst also staying true to the organisation's values built around community. You'll hear about the challenges, and you'll also hear how there was time to reflect and make changes. More importantly you'll hear about the incredible impact of community. One of my favourite episodes on the podcast - enjoy! The Homestead is Doing Incredible Work

Joining me are Rachel and Kim from The Homestead Nursery, a reggio inspired, outdoor loving setting in beautiful Wales. Theirs is an inspirational journey! From buying an established nursery to turning it into something incredibly special. These women hold research-informed practice dear to the hearts. They have set about opening The Homestead, coming from their roles as Early Years Teacher, and Midwife and Health Visitor. I think this makes for a really wonderfully unique setting for young children, with a firm foundation in knowledge of child development.   Series 1: The Road That Led Us Here In this first series we interview pioneers in education about how they built their businesses, and the journey that brought practitioner to their role in working with children.
